The views and pool area were stunning, and the attentive staff truly made our experience memorable. Yet, the lack of organization at the front desk and issues with room assignments dampened our stay. Food quality and cleanliness also left much to be desired. A mixed bag overall, but the potential shines through.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, the breakfast was tasty with plenty of options for everyone, and the infinity pool provided a stunning view of the ocean, perfect for relaxation after exploring the nearby beach access, only 40 km from the airport.

Had an amazing 4-night stay! The ocean view from my room was breathtaking, and the pool area was fantastic. However, the mattress needs improvement.

The location was absolutely stunning! We loved the breathtaking ocean views from our balcony. However, the Wi-Fi was quite spotty, making it tough to share our photos. Overall, a great stay! 🌊

The children's pool and playground were a hit, and we enjoyed exploring Sea Shell City Museum and Angela Peralta Theater. The staff was friendly, and the location made it easy to access vibrant downtown spots for fun activities like surfing and biking. I highly recommend checking out the Kids Club for the younger ones!

The only downside was that the Wi-Fi connection in our room was a bit spotty at times, which was frustrating when we wanted to share our adventures instantly.

The pool area exceeded my expectations. I particularly enjoyed the dedicated lap lanes that made my swims more enjoyable. Additionally, the provision of daily bottled water was a thoughtful touch that I appreciated as it kept me hydrated throughout my stay. The staff responded quickly to our requests, creating a welcoming atmosphere that added to our experience.

The noise from nearby activities could be bothersome at times.

We had a fantastic time lounging by the ocean view pool while our kids enjoyed the kids club. The playground kept them entertained for hours, and the lazy fountains were a big hit with our youngest. Close to Zona Dorada, we loved the accessible beaches.
